Hõbemetsa is special because of its unique location and exciting landscape: limestone, natural hills, whispering pines. The layout of the houses on the ten-acre plot forms a well-planned whole. The architects have considered the relief of the landscape and made sure that the buildings are sufficiently separated from one another. As many natural features as possible have been preserved and more than half of the residential area will be used for greenery.
