Foundation: The buildings stand of reinforced concrete shallow foundation.

Insulated external walls: The exterior walls of hollow concrete blocks are insulated with 250 mm thick expandable polystyrene. The exterior of the house is finished with plaster in different color tones.

Insulated external walls: The walls between apartments that measure 240 mm in thickness are made of concrete-filled hollow concrete blocks. Metal structure supported dry wall interior walls are filled with isolation wool. Storage areas are separated by wood structure supported plywood walls.

oundproof internal walls: Load-bearing separating ceilings/floors are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow panels, resting on walls of hollow concrete panels.

Wide staircases: Stories are connected by reinforced concrete stairs covered with ceramic tiles. The steel staircase rails feature a wooden handrail.

Every apartment has a balcony: Balconies with extensive views are rimmed by wood and metal barriers and the balcony floor is PVC coated.

Suitable roof for the climate: SBS roofing, which is very suitable for our climate, has been chosen for the buildings. Rainwater is directed through an internal water outlet to rainwater drainage.

Thermally insulated windows: The ‘German-type’ PVC windows, which open inwards, are made from triple-glazed units and have excellent thermal and noise-dampening properties.

Safe doors: The apartments have smooth veneer doors and the front door is a noise-dampening veneered wooden door. The main door of the building, which is made from metal profiles, is equipped with safety glass and a door phone.

Cosy finish: The walls and ceilings are levelled, and relaxing and light shades of colour are used in interior decoration. Floors are covered with board parquet and the entrance floor is finished with ceramic tiles. There are suspended ceilings in sanitary rooms and partly also in the rooms.

Bathroom and toilet: Bathrooms have an acrylic bath with a mixer tap and a toilet. Connections for washing are located in utility room or in bathroom if a flat has utility room. The floors and walls are covered with ceramic tiles, bathroom fittings are white and fixtures are finished with chrome. 4-room apartments in addition to the bathroom also have a separate WC.

Economical heating system: The houses are heated by district heating: all apartments and public premises have radiators. Bathrooms feature electric floor heating.

Secure door phone: The building’s front door features a panel with doorbell buttons, relevantly connected to the door phone with a front door opening button in each apartment. All of the rooms in any apartment have outlets for communication equipment.

Utility room: there is an in-apartment utility room in each apartment. The utility room provides for water and sewage outlets for a washing machine.

Convenient parking: There are parking spaces in the yards of the buildings. Some of the parking spaces are located in the open car park under the building.

Parking lot with barrier: a parking lot with a remote control opened barrier is situated in between the buildings; access is restricted for unauthorized persons.

Forced-air ventilation: The buildings will have forced-air ventilation which uses apartment-based energy-efficient equipment. Depending on the apartment planning, ventilation equipment is located in the utility room, bathroom or entrance hall.The kitchens have connections for extractor hoods and outgoing air is directed to the roof.

Water supply and sewerage: Water is heated in the building’s boiler plant. The majority of the remotely read water meters are situated behind the suspended ceiling in the sanitary rooms or in the foyer.

Electricity: Data communication and TV sockets are installed in all rooms. The apartments are ready for installation of a security system, and cables necessary for installation of security equipment are already installed. CAT6 data communication cable and optical fibre cable for fast data exchange are lead from the communication distribution device of the house to all apartments.
