Sales arrangement


When an apartment is reserved, we enter into an agreement which is valid for 10 days. No fee is charged for the agreement.

Sale contract under the law of obligations

We enter into a notarised apartment ownership sale contract. Customer pays 10% of apartment ownership. The amount is payable at the latest two days before conclusion of a contract of purchase and sale under the law of obligations to Vahtramäe Kodud OÜ’s bank account or notary’s deposit account.

Real right contract

After completion of the apartment and acceptance of the construction work by the customer a notarial real right contract of purchase and sale is concluded. A note about the change of owners is made in the Land Register. The notary’s fees and state fees related to the sale transaction are paid by the buyer.

Good to know!

  • Iltre 1,3 and Redise 16 houses will be completed no later than February 2021.

Developer builds the project based apartment by the date provided in the contract; said date is valid only with standard solutions proposed by the developer. In the case of additional work and changes, completion dates are agreed upon approval of calculations related to such additional work and changes.
