In cooperation with the interior architecture studio Ace of Space, we have created a diverse selection of interior finishing packages inspired by the names of the historical streets in the Kalamaja district.
Each package offers a unique combination of design, materials and finishes, allowing you to create a home that truly reflects who you are.
But how was the interior design of the Elu Maja building achieved? The Ace of Space team members talk more about this in our video.
Linda
The Linda package is for you if you prefer a light and calm background. High-quality finishing materials create a truly elegant atmosphere in your home. The heart of the Linda package is a combination of natural materials and calm warm beige-grey shades.
The single strip wood flooring from natural oak and floor tiles with natural stone pattern are harmoniously complemented by the natural white wall shade, the interior doors and skirting boards are also with the same shade. The bathroom is your personal spa, where functionality and luxury meet — from the wall and floor tiles selected in one colour, to the exclusive Casa Di Vanna stone bathtub and chrome-plated Hansgrohe sanitary ware. Every detail is carefully chosen to achieve perfection. The main focus point of the bathroom is the combination of the matt white Laufen Kartell sink and sink cabinet, complemented by a LED-illuminated mirror from the Balteco EC series. Each element in the Linda package has been carefully selected to create a stylish and timeless interior.
Salme
The Salme package is stylish and innovative. It features fresh solutions such as distinctive wood flooring pattern and cutting-edge sanitary ware finishes that reflect modernity and bold style.
The package includes a single strip wood flooring with a distinctive square pattern, supported by a slightly greyish shade of the walls and doors. Laconic matte-white handles and bathroom sanitary ware with the same finish create a modern look. Structural plaster in a deep pink-purple shade accentuates the living room, while elongated vertically laid ceramic tiles with a similar shade, also known as the “subway tile”, since it was first used in the first New York subway stop in 1904, catch the eye in the bathroom. Back then it was an undeniable innovation in the world of materials. The bold accent wall in the bathroom is supported by calm and warm grey large-format ceramic tiles covering the walls and floor.
Kotzebue
The interior of the Kotzebue package definitely has a strong character. The package shows a perfect balance between modern elegance and timeless classics, and represents luxury inside and out, creating a functionally comfortable and visually cosy living space.
The stately natural white wall shade continues on the slab doors, and is complemented by elegant handles in a bronze finish. The ebony shade oil wax finish of the single-strip wood flooring and the strips placed in the square pattern bring the necessary contrast to the room and create a refined overall impression. The bathroom is a real eye-catcher with grey and bronze shade wall tiles creating a luxurious look. Door handles and closers in bronze finish and switches and plugs in dark metal finish complement the stylish design of the room. The sanitary ware is of Axor premium quality, in an elegant brushed bronze finish. The pearl of the bathroom is the white satin matte stone bathtub by Casa Di Vanna.

Snelli
When creating the Snell package, we thought about nature. This is our eco-package, created for those who prefer an environmentally friendly approach. This package combines stylish colour solutions and sustainable materials. In the interior finishing, eco-certified products are used to ensure environmental awareness.
For floors, you can choose either oak single-strip composite flooring or walnut shade oil-wax single-strip wooden board flooring, which add natural warmth and elegance to the room. Door handles, latches, plugs and switches are selected in dark metallic shades, adding an urbanistic accent to the interior. The bathroom is in muted grey tones. A tasteful accent is given by structural ceramic tiles in a terracotta shade. Thanks to the unique water-saving technology, Axor mixers use 60% less water. The stone bathtub with a satin matte exterior by Casa Di Vanna has a similar grey finish as the painted board, thanks to which it blends into the interior as an integral architectural detail of the room.
