We are so confident in our quality that we give the building and the apartments a 3-year warranty. The building holds a Class A energy efficiency label.

Each apartment has its own cooling system, which ensures a comfortable room temperature even on a hot summer day.

Additional facilities for the residents of the Elu Maja building

Together with your apartment, you can purchase a personal storage room for storing things, as well as a parking space in a warm underground garage.
