Energy class
According to energy calculations, the Rehe 13 apartment building corresponds to the highest energy efficiency level – class A. This ensures low energy costs and a good indoor climate all year round.
Structures
A strong natural limestone base supports a durable shallow foundation of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing and reinforcing frame is made of high-quality, three-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete panels. Apartment walls are separated by solid concrete panels.
Balconies
All apartments have either a balcony or a terrace. They are made of concrete slabs and feature aesthetically painted wooden slat railings, which add warmth to the building. The floors of the balconies and terraces are covered with concrete or PVC-flooring.

Ceiling height
The ceiling height in apartments on the second and third floor is 2.8 metres and the last floor – the fourth – features 3 metres high ceilings. The inserted ceilings are made of reinforced concrete hollow panels, ensuring good sound insulation and structural stability.
Windows and doors
All apartments have high-quality triple-glazed PVC windows, which ensure excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation. The front doors of the apartments are safe and durable wooden doors, while the interior is complemented by an elegant wood veneered flush door solution.
Interior walls
The interior walls of the apartments are built with sound insulation and flexible use of the spaces in mind – plasterboard walls on a metal frame, filled with insulation wool. The walls are reinforced with OSB boards to securely anchor the kitchen furniture. Storage rooms are separated by durable veneer walls attached to a strong wooden frame.

Heating and indoor climate
Heat is provided by environmentally friendly district heating. All apartments feature convenient hydronic floor heating, even in the bathrooms, to provide even warmth for every step. Each apartment has an independent heat recovery ventilation system that secures fresh air and optimised energy costs. Kitchen hobs are equipped with efficient carbon filters that help ensure good indoor climate even in the coldest days of the winter.

The apartments on the building’s fourth floor are ready for cooling system installation.
Water and electricity-
Water and sewerage
Domestic hot water is generated on-site in the building’s own heating unit, ensuring a reliable and energy-efficient system. The water supply in the apartments is thoughtfully designed – water meters are installed behind suspended ceilings in hallways or sanitary rooms, and readings are automatically collected via a modern remote reading system.
Electrical and low-voltage systems
The electricity meters for the apartments are located in a dedicated electrical panel room. Each apartment has circuit breakers and low-current system connections in a compact box within the apartment. High-quality sockets, switches, and lights have been installed in the hallways and bathrooms. A high-speed optical cable has been installed in each apartment for internet and television connections, and communication sockets for CAT6 cables are available in the living room and bedrooms.
