Kaamos is a Family Office founded by the Jõeleht family in 2002. We are a heavily capitalised and professionally run group. The group’s biggest investments to date have been in real estate, construction and energy. We build and develop commercial premises and homes in both Estonia and Latvia.
Architect
The vision of Pärli Residents is rooted in a holistic urban design approach that balances vibrant street life with the privacy of an inner courtyard. The architecture is characterized by dynamic articulation and a refined attention to materials and detailing. Diverse façade designs, finishes, colour palettes and material treatments come together to form a cohesive whole, expressing the project’s central architectural concept. By combining architectural values with experience and contemporary design solutions, a distinctive residential environment with a strong identity has been created.

In creating the interior design of Pärli Residents, we drew inspiration from the natural character of the Mustjõe area – the flow of water, the shapes of river stones, and the ever-changing interplay of light and shadow. Our goal was to create a timeless and peaceful environment where architecture and interior design form a harmonious whole. Natural materials, refined textures and balanced tones bring warmth and a sense of spaciousness to the interiors. The central idea is harmony between contrasts – light and dark surfaces, clean lines and soft forms, modernity and a sense of home. The result is a modern living environment that offers everyday comfort and stands the test of time, both aesthetically and functionally.
