A place
to grow

Kaamos is a Family Office founded by the Jõeleht family in 2002. We are a heavily capitalised and professionally run group. The group’s biggest investments to date have been in real estate, construction and energy. We build and develop commercial premises and homes in both Estonia and Latvia.

Architect

The buildings are compact and clear in their form, highlighted by a subtly playful façade solution. The goal was to develop a functional, yet homely and cosy living environment.

The finishing packages for Vikimõisa Järvemajad were created with the aim of continuing what has already proved successful in earlier stages – solutions that customers have loved and returned to. I drew inspiration from the nature and history of Vikimõisa, but also from the practical feedback that has helped design homes where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand. Each package – whether the classic Mõisahõngu or the modern Öko – is designed to reflect individuality and create a lasting sense of home.

Developer

Vikimõisa Järvemajad is more than just another development for Kaamos – it’s a reflection of our commitment to creating homes that support people’s everyday lives and dreams. We chose the location near Lake Harku to offer closeness to nature, peace, and a sense of community – values that today’s city people increasingly appreciate. Modern architecture, thoughtful layouts, and a setting that blends into the greenery create a harmonious whole where home is not just a space, but a lifestyle.

Builder

Kaamos Ehitus carries out the construction of Vikimõisa Järvemajad entirely themselves from start to finish and collaborates with partners through value-based procurement. This way, we can select solutions at each work stage that ensure quality, durability, and alignment with the overall project goals. The buildings are energy class A, equipped with solar panels and underfloor water heating, making them energy-efficient and comfortable all year round. We use sustainable materials and observe international construction standards (ISO certificates) to make the homes durable and environmentally friendly.
