The storeys of the stage one buildings in the Vikimõisa residential district are progressing steadily. Additionally, new access roads and cycle and pedestrian tracks have been built in the area. Nearly all the 76 apartments in the first stage buildings have been sold to date, and only a few apartments are still available. You can see them here. In August, we are commencing with the sale of the stage two buildings – Volmre 31 and 33.
