To reserve an apartment, a reservation agreement is signed with the customer for a period of ten (10) days. The registration of the agreement is free of charge.
We enter into a notarised apartment ownership purchase and sale agreement. Customer pays 10% of the cost of the apartment. The amount is payable to Vikimõisa OÜ’s bank account or notary’s deposit account no later than two (2) days before signing of the purchase and sale agreement under the law of obligations.
After the apartment is completed and the construction work accepted by the customer, we sign a notarial real right agreement of purchase and sale. The buyer will pay 90% of the cost of the apartment. A note about the change of ownership will be made in the Land Register. All notary fees and state fees related to the purchase and sale transaction shall be paid by the buyer.
The developer builds the designed apartment by the date provided in the agreement; said date is valid only with standard solutions provided by the developer. In the case of additional work and changes, completion dates are agreed upon approval of calculations of such changes.
