Date of completion: Kadaka tee 90 building will be ready by autumn 2022.

Foundations: Kadaka tee 90 apartment building will be constructed on low-level foundation made from reinforced concrete.

Insulated external walls: The insulation material of external walls made of hollow core concrete blocks is foam polystyrene with a thickness of 250 mm, which is plastered and painted in different tones.

Soundproof internal walls: The walls separating apartments are 240 mm thick and made of hollow core concrete blocks filled with concrete. The non-load-bearing interior walls of apartments are light plasterboard walls on metal frame, which will be filled with insulation wool. Storage facilities are separated with light walls covered with veneer fastened to wooden frames, without finish.

Floors and connected roofs: The load-bearing inserted and roof ceilings are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs, which rest on hollow core concrete block walls, reinforced concrete beams and steel beams.

Stairs: The reinforced concrete staircases that connect the floors are covered with ceramic tiles. The steel stair railings have wooden handrails.

Lift: There is a lift in every building.

Safe doors: The apartments have smooth veneer doors and the front door is a noise-dampening veneered wooden door. The main door of the building, which is made from metal profiles, is equipped with safety glass and a door phone.

Every apartment has a balcony or terrace: Balconies have railings made with aluminium frame. Balcony floor has a concrete surface.

Suitable roof for the climate: PVC coating has been chosen as roofing cover. Rainwater is directed to the storm water drainage through an internal drain.

Thermally insulated windows: The ‘German-type’ PVC windows, which open inwards, are made from triple-glazed units and have excellent thermal and noise-dampening properties.

Cosy finish: The walls and ceilings are levelled, and relaxing and light shades of colour are used in interior decoration. Floors are covered with board parquet and the entrance floor is finished with ceramic tiles. There are suspended ceilings in sanitary rooms and partly also in the rooms to hide utility lines.

Bathroom and toilet: Bathrooms have an acrylic bath or shower with a mixer tap, a sink and a toilet bowl. Connections for the washing machine are located in the bathroom. The floors and walls are covered with ceramic tiles, bathroom fittings are white and fixtures are finished with chrome. In addition to the bathroom, the 4-room apartments also have a separate WC.

Economical heating system: Heat is provided by district heating – the apartments have water floor heating.

Forced-air ventilation: Forced ventilation is planned in Kadaka tee 90 building, which is solved with apartment-based equipment with high energy efficiency. Ventilation equipment are located in the bathroom or entrance, depending on the plan of the apartment.
The apartments have the possibility of connecting extractor hoods and outgoing air is directed to the roof.

Electricity: All necessary sockets, switches, underfloor heating regulators and bathroom and general room lighting fixtures have been installed. The electricity meters are located in the meter board.

Water and sewerageWater is heated in the building’s boiler plant. Remotely read water meters are situated behind the suspended ceiling in the sanitary rooms or in the entrance.

Practical storage room: Each apartment has a storage room on the ground floor of the building.

Weak current: Data communication sockets are installed in all rooms. The apartments are ready for installation of a security system, and cables necessary for installation of security equipment are already installed. CAT6 data communication cable and optical fibre cable for fast data exchange are installed from the communication distribution device of the building to all apartments.

Secure door phone: A panel with call buttons is installed at the external door, and every apartment has a phone terminal with a button opening the external door and video connection with the external panel located in front of the building.

Convenient parking: There are parking spaces in the yard of the building. Some parking spaces are located in the open parking lot under the building. Parking spaces can be accessed by opening the barrier with remote control.
