We are pleased to announce that the three buildings in the fourth stage of Vikimõisa have reached their final height. A total of 112 apartments will be completed in Stage IV, providing a modern and comfortable living environment for future residents. This is a significant achievement for the entire construction team, who have worked to create cozy and high-quality homes.

The construction process has proceeded as planned, thanks to dedicated work and professionalism. It is proof of how collaboration and vision can turn dreams into reality. New homeowners will receive the keys to their new homes by the end of next year and begin a new life at Vikimõisa.

During the topping-out ceremony of the fourth stage of Vikimõisa, we had the chance to walk through the empty apartments, and one could already feel the warmth and comfort of the future rooms. Our imagination took us to a future where these apartments are filled with laughter and the scent of freshly baked cinnamon buns.

This achievement would not be possible without all the people who contributed to this project. The storeys of the stage one buildings in the Vikimõisa residential district are progressing steadily. Additionally, new access roads and cycle and pedestrian tracks have been built in the area. Nearly all the 76 apartments in the first stage buildings have been sold to date, and only a few apartments are still available. You can see them here. In August, we are commencing with the sale of the stage two buildings – Volmre 31 and 33.

We are pleased to announce that the pandemic has not had an effect on the development and construction of Vikimõisa and we are well on schedule.  To date, we have obtained the necessary permits and made preparations for building utility lines. We will commence with building communications in the beginning of February. As the interest in the apartments to be built during stage I of the development is high, we will strive to hand over the first apartments at the end of the year.

Vikimõisa architectural solutions are based on the location. The proximity of Lake Harku and Vikimõisa Forest creates a pleasant environment for living, and the high ceilings and large windows in all the apartments that bring light and space to the room help to enjoy it. Each apartment comes with a private balcony, and ground floor apartments also feature large terraces,” BOA architect Anto Savi described, emphasising, “We have also made sure that home buyers have more space for greenery and that there would be large empty parking lots, so the majority of parking is designed underneath the buildings.

This autumn, Kaamos Kinnisvara will commence with the next larger residential real estate development project, in the course of which 22 apartment buildings with a total of 500 apartments will be built in Haabersti. The Vikimõisa development is located in Haabersti in the area between Rannamõisa Road and Lake Harku. A total of 22 three-storey energy class A buildings with 2, 3 and 4-room apartments will be built. The biggest advantages of the residential area are certainly Lake Harku, tall trees, health and forest trails, and several playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. The well-developed infrastructure of the Rocca al Mare area is sure to add value. Roofs of all the buildings have solar panels, which help to reduce monthly utility costs.
