The storeys of the stage one buildings in the Vikimõisa residential district are progressing steadily. Additionally, new access roads and cycle and pedestrian tracks have been built in the area. Nearly all the 76 apartments in the first stage buildings have been sold to date, and only a few apartments are still available. You can see them here. In August, we are commencing with the sale of the stage two buildings – Volmre 31 and 33.

We are pleased to announce that the pandemic has not had an effect on the development and construction of Vikimõisa and we are well on schedule.  To date, we have obtained the necessary permits and made preparations for building utility lines. We will commence with building communications in the beginning of February. As the interest in the apartments to be built during stage I of the development is high, we will strive to hand over the first apartments at the end of the year.

This autumn, Kaamos Kinnisvara will commence with the next larger residential real estate development project, in the course of which 22 apartment buildings with a total of 500 apartments will be built in Haabersti. The Vikimõisa development is located in Haabersti in the area between Rannamõisa Road and Lake Harku. A total of 22 three-storey energy class A buildings with 2, 3 and 4-room apartments will be built. The biggest advantages of the residential area are certainly Lake Harku, tall trees, health and forest trails, and several playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. The well-developed infrastructure of the Rocca al Mare area is sure to add value. Roofs of all the buildings have solar panels, which help to reduce monthly utility costs.
