Reservation

To reserve an apartment, a reservation agreement is signed with the customer for a period of ten (10) days. The registration of the agreement is free of charge.

Sales agreement under the law of obligations

We enter into a notarised apartment ownership purchase and sale agreement. Customer pays 10% of the cost of the apartment. The amount is payable to Vikimõisa OÜ’s bank account or notary’s deposit account no later than two (2) days before signing of the purchase and sale agreement under the law of obligations.

Real right agreement

After the apartment is completed and the construction work accepted by the customer, we sign a notarial real right agreement of purchase and sale. The buyer will pay 90% of the cost of the apartment. A note about the change of ownership will be made in the Land Register. All notary fees and state fees related to the purchase and sale transaction shall be paid by the buyer.

Important information!

The developer builds the designed apartment by the date provided in the agreement; said date is valid only with standard solutions provided by the developer. In the case of additional work and changes, completion dates are agreed upon approval of calculations of such changes.

Sale price of an apartment includes:

• interior finish of the apartment according to the finish package
• storage unit in the basement of the building
• connections water supply and sewerage mains
• connection to power network readiness to connect to telephone network and cable television
• readiness to join a security company service

Sale price of an apartment does not include:

• notary fees and state fee related to the transaction (paid by the buyer)
• connection fee for communication, security and cable television service
• The price of the apartment does not include a parking space (underground parking space 9000 €, parking space in the yard 6000 €)
