Cast your vote – AVALA is applying for the title of the best office real estate project in the Baltics.
This year, for the seventh time, real estate projects of the Baltic year are selected, and as the only office real estate project from Estonia, avala office buildings are among the finalists. The main keywords of the evaluation were innovation and design, location and accessibility, quality and modernity of construction, suitability of the environment and impacts on nature, the community and the city.
