Last April, Purtonor OY, a subsidiary of Kaamos Construction, successfully completed the design and construction of K-Market’s Kaunismäki store in Mäntsälä. This also meant an expansion for Kaamos Real Estate with this store being its first development on the Finnish market.
The new store was built to K-Market’s concept to service the store’s customers quickly and with high quality, i.e., in the best way.
The cost of the design and construction work totalled over 1 million euros. The area of the store is 500 m2 with parking spaces for 26 cars. The building was completed in close cooperation with Estonian and Finnish construction workers, and nearly 100 people in total worked on the site during construction.
Following local traditions, both a rafter party and joyous store opening celebrations were held.
