Purtonor OY, subsidiary of Kaamos Ehitus, signed 2 new agreements in Finland at the end of March.
A contract for construction work was signed with WasaGruop OY for the construction of ALANGON shopping center (K-Supermarket; K-Rauta; Tokmanni) in the town of Lapua. Building work on the 7,100 m² shopping mall starts in April and the building will be finished in December 2017.
A new boilerhouse for Turkun Energia OY will be built in the city of Turku based on a design-build contract; construction commences in August 2017. The building will be completed in December of the same year. The construction work was ordered by Laitex OY.
Purtonor OY (www.purtonor.fi), founded in summer 2015, is a subsidiary of Kaamos Ehitus. The company’s first project, a K-Market store in Mäntsälä in Helsinki’s vicinity, was completed in April 2016; the commercial premises were rented by Kesko.
