Vahtramäe – Homes in Laagri. Under this name eight new apartment buildings will be constructed in the heart of Laagri, between Iltre, Kuuse and Vae streets. Today began the sale of apartments in the first new houses at Iltre 10 and Iltre 12.
The construction works of Vahtramäe homes start at the end of March 2018. Four houses will be constructed in the first phase and the new residents can move in during spring 2019. Completion of the other four buildings is planned at the beginning of 2020.
Vahtramäe is sufficiently away from the noisy Tallinn downtown and conveniently close to Laagri centre.

The interior design packages are developed in collaboration with the esteemed interior designers Tiiu Saal and Birgit Jaanus from Arhitect11. The selection includes suitable options for different tastes.
Historically developed infrastructure, road network and greenery provide a sense of security. All life essentials are at hand and city-life perks are just a few-minute drive away. The area has schools, kindergartens and grocery stores. For daily shopping you can choose from Laagri Rimi, Maksimarket, Comarket or Pääsküla Selver. Laagri sports building offers varied sporting options and the new health centre will also be finished soon.
Public transportation link to the city is convenient – a short walk to the stop takes only a couple of minutes and the buses and trains travel until the late hours of the day.
