In October we will be starting on Stage III of the Hõbemetsa residential district, which will see the completion of a new building with 29 apartments at Rehe 1. It will be the sixth of the 16 apartment buildings planned for the district.
The apartment buildings in the Hõbemetsa residential district, which is a 10-hectare area covered in pine forests, are separated from one another with trees and other tall greenery and surrounded by undulating parkland and footpaths. All of the apartment buildings will have their own children’s playgrounds, and public transport will begin servicing the district in the future.
The district is bordered by a light traffic path that links the suburbs of Nõmme and Haabersti which is perfect for walkers and cyclists (and skiers in winter). Despite Hõbemetsa being private and in the best sense closed off, everything you need is nearby – shops, places to eat, public transport, Mustamäe Keskus shopping centre, Nõmme Spordikeskus sports centre, the Nõmme-Harku health tracks, Glehni Castle, Nõmme market and much more.
Stage II sales have gone very well – only five apartments are still available in the three buildings due for completion by this Christmas. In addition to the natural environment that Hõbemetsa boasts, its other sales arguments have included the balcony and store room that come with each apartment, the convenient parking options provided and the spacious lifts planned for each building.
